Big Tease. Small Timeline

Timeframe: 2 months

Paula+Co: Print Production + Project Management Consulting
We only had two months to determine the most efficient way to print almost 100 oversize wall graphics. Another obstacle was finding a way to promote future retailers whose stores wouldn’t be open for the 5-day grand opening event. Our team quickly worked with the client to strategically choose which windows to design—out of 200+! We also collaborated with the client on strategic messaging to ensure every window had maximum impact.
In addition to working with one of the best printers in the area, our vendor relationships helped in sourcing additional printers to handle the added volume. With a short timeline and a hard deadline, Paula+Co’s experience was pivotal to the project’s great success while maintaining color and brand consistency.
